Services
We provide marketing services as set out in the written proposal agreed with you. The proposal and these terms together form the agreement.
Fees and ad spend
Fees are as set out in your proposal. Advertising spend is separate, is paid by you directly to the platform from your own account, and is never marked up by us.
Ownership
You own your advertising accounts, your website, your pipeline, your creative assets and your data. These remain yours if the agreement ends.
Our commitment
We continue until delivered. Where a specific outcome has been agreed in writing, we keep working toward it rather than closing the engagement when the month ends.
Results
We publish only verified figures from live accounts. Past results described on this site relate to specific clients, campaigns and markets, and are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement on the notice period set out in the proposal. On termination we hand over access and assets promptly.
